Under Bali Villas Worldwide management Villa Nelayan conducted an Open-House events on Thursday, 19 November 2009. Located in Jalan Nelayan, Canggu, this villa is 10 minute-drive to the eco-beach restaurant where most expat and local executives in Canggu or some from other tourism district go for hanging-out and dining. Villa Nelayan has 4 bedrooms, one swimming pool, one spacious living-room, up-stair living area.

The guests who stay with Villa Nelayan will be provided with one unit of car/vehicle for use during their stay. The parking area is outside of the villa, but the villa has 24-hour security guard.

Operating with 8 staff including the senior butler the villa operates in clean, tidy, and charming manner.

In the evening the lighting combination with the interiors of the villa makes the romantic sense of villas in Bali.

Villa Style

Encompassing an area of 1,300 m2, Villa Nelayan is featuring modern architecture, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with all modern comfort and facilities. It is comprises of three buildings arranged in ‘U’ shape all overlooking the large T shape pool and the tropical garden. The main two storey building features the common and living area and two other one storey buildings comprises 4 bedrooms and their en suite bathroom. The villa is perfectly situated to take in the serenity of its surrounding.

General Description

The villa vicinity is accessible through a private road in the middle of gently sloping rice field. The main building is impressive, towering over the compound with large wooden Javanese style entrance. It is featuring large living, dining and TV area set along with the kitchen and guest lavatory on the ground floor. A sleek wooden stair adjacent to the dining area leads to the upper floor which consists of an open air mezzanine with alluring view to the surrounding greenery. Further, a small ‘bridge’ is connecting this area to a comfortable library. The four bedrooms are set in two different buildings in left and right side of the compound with a tropical garden in the middle, decorated with antique wooden boat. Similar in design, each bedroom is equipped with fine furniture and en-suite bathroom overlooking to the garden and to the pool. Lush outdoor space is featuring a tropical garden with “T” shaped pool including shallow level for children, fringed with a small lower lawn suitable for BBQ or outdoor dining. Pool chairs are provided on the wooden deck to relax on.   Ensuring the guest privacy; the staff quarter is located in a discreet distance of the living next to the parking area.
